monitone.com is the marketing site for Monitone, operated by Monitone Technologies.
What we collect (early-access sign-ups)
When you submit one of the early-access forms on this site, we collect:
- your email address;
- which form you used to sign up; and
- the date and time of your submission.
Why we collect it & our lawful basis
We use this information to register your interest in Monitone early access and to contact you personally about it. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask to join.
There is no marketing list, and you will receive no marketing email from this sign-up. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
How your sign-up is handled
When you submit a form, your sign-up is emailed to the Monitone team via Resend. We do not store sign-ups in a database — they simply remain in our team inboxes, where we read and reply to them.
Who processes your data
We rely only on the service providers that operate the sign-up:
- Resend — delivers the email that carries your sign-up to our team.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — protects the forms from abuse.
- Vercel — hosts this website.
How long we keep it
Your sign-up stays in our team inboxes. If you would like it deleted, email hello@monitone.com and we will remove it.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly-necessary token solely to protect the forms from abuse.
